Delivery

Matcha Dao aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from when the order is placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). All orders are dispatched through Royal Mail.  For large orders we will use alternative couriers as required.

Royal Mail aim to deliver most 1st class mail in the UK by the next working day and standard class in 2-3 days but do not guarantee this. Royal Mail also state that they aim to deliver to European destinations within three to five working days, major cities worldwide within five days and other destinations within seven. At busy times of the year parcels may take a little longer to reach their destination.

Postage Costs

Free standard UK Delivery on orders over £25.00
UK orders under £25.00 will incur a postage fee of £2.50

Free worldwide delivery on orders over £25.00
Worldwide orders under £25.00 will incur a postage fee of £4.75

Returns & Exchanges

We are confident you will be delighted with your purchases from Matcha Dao but occasions may occur where you feel it is necessary to return an item.

You have the right to cancel or return your order up to 7 working days following receipt of your goods.  This includes your right to cancel your order under the distance selling regulations.

It is our policy that if you are not entirely happy, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

You will receive a full refund or replacement product, providing your order is returned in full, unopened and in original condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you by mistake or the item is faulty.

Other than faulty products, returns outside of this process or timeframes will be at the sole discretion of Matcha Dao.
